PreSec is an AI-powered pre-sales intelligence platform designed for cybersecurity consulting firms. The service generates personalized threat briefing reports based on prospect data to help sales teams prepare for demo calls.
You agree to use PreSec only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to conduct illegal activities, scrape or reverse-engineer the PreSec platform, or attempt to access other firms' data. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
PreSec subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current paid period. Report limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to PreSec, including firm information, prospect data, and generated reports. PreSec retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, AI models, and underlying technology. Generated reports are derivative works created from your data and are owned by you.
Reports generated by PreSec are intended for sales preparation purposes only. They do not constitute formal security assessments, professional security advice, penetration test results, or compliance certifications. The threat intelligence presented is derived from public data sources and AI analysis and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security decisions.
PreSec is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreSec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
PreSec reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms of service. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through the billing portal.
